Hello world! My name is Bryce Yzaguirre, I am a graphic designer and illustrator. I am a graduating senior, attending Mississippi State University, pursuing a BFA with a concentration in graphic design.

My design interestes include, but are not limited to, motion graphics, advertising, and branding. At the bottom line, I am commited to sense making from the mysterious. exploring the unkown and discovering something new and excting from it. I have always strived to push my design work in exciting new directions, constantly observing raw data and the world around me, filtering it through my own unique creative lens.

For this branding project, I created a animation to showcase the conceptual brand identity for Seadog Skate Co. a playful, nautical themed Skateboard manufacturer. I decided to utilize a simple and bold design language while introducing some exciting shapes and flowy animation to keep the animation fresh.

I knew from the start I wanted to open
the animation with a dynamic action of a chest sliding in to frame and bursting open to reveal the magic of Seadog inside. the challenge here was creating something engaging that also remained faithful to the simple and bold graphic style of Seadog Skate Co.
